All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Are the parts fully tested?
All our parts are fully tested and come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty for added peace of mind.
What is your delivery time?
We aim to dispatch parts on the same day whenever possible, but delivery times may vary based on factors like part condition and sourcing location. Your quotation will outline the specific delivery timescale.
What payment method and which currency do you support?
We can accept bank transfers, PayPal and Card Payment.
Payments need to be made in GBP or Euros.
Do you offer payment terms?
We offer payment terms subject to status.
What is your return policy?
You can return the part(s) within 7 days (subject to Terms and conditions) for an exchange or full refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, reach out to your dedicated Account Manager via the contact details provided at the bottom of your order confirmation. Kindly note that all order cancellations require approval from OC Automation.
